Group Training

Typically 2-3 In-Person Sessions per week. Sessions may be with with 2-3 other clients.

Pros of a Group Training Session:

  • Sharing a common goal with your group can be motivating

  • You typically push just a little herder when others are training

  • The vibe is more upbeat and energetic when group training

Each session typically runs 40 mins, plus a 10 minute warmup prior, and an 10 min cardio, core, or cool-down on your own. One impactful hour!

Prices range from $60 per session, all the way down to $39 per session. Space is limited.

Private Training

Typically 2-3 In-Person Sessions per week. Sessions are 1 on 1 privately with your coach.

Pros of a Private Training Session:

  • Allows us to address your individual goals and needs

  • Takes your individual abilities and limitations into account

  • Prevents sharing equipment or floor space with other clients

Each session typically runs 40 mins, plus a 10 minute warmup prior, and an 10 min cardio, core, or cool-down on your own. One impactful hour!

Prices range from $125 per session, all the way down to $79 per session. Space is limited.

In-Home Training

Sessions are 1 on 1 with your coach, in the convenience of your own home.

Pros of a In-Home Training Session:

  • Allows us to address your individual goals and needs.

  • Takes your individual abilities and limitations into account.

  • Save time. I take care of the travel time, so you don’t have to.

Each session typically runs 40 mins, plus a 10 minute warmup prior.

Prices range from $165 per session, all the way down to $99 per session. Availability to travel, even locally, is very limited.

Online Training

Typically 2-4 assigned workouts weekly, with optional daily in-app communication.

You get:

  • Access to TrueCoach and Move More Media library.

  • Customized, progressive Strength Training Program.

  • Optional daily communication via TrueCoach app.

  • Optional client technique video reviews.

Allows for an independent or inconsistent training schedule.

The cost for 8 to 16 workouts per month with weekly adjustments is $349, billed every 4 weeks.
