Group Training
Typically 2-3 In-Person Sessions per week. Sessions may be with with 2-3 other clients.
Pros of a Group Training Session:
Sharing a common goal with your group can be motivating
You typically push just a little herder when others are training
The vibe is more upbeat and energetic when group training
Each session typically runs 40 mins, plus a 10 minute warmup prior, and an 10 min cardio, core, or cool-down on your own. One impactful hour!
Prices range from $60 per session, all the way down to $39 per session. Space is limited.
Private Training
Typically 2-3 In-Person Sessions per week. Sessions are 1 on 1 privately with your coach.
Pros of a Private Training Session:
Allows us to address your individual goals and needs
Takes your individual abilities and limitations into account
Prevents sharing equipment or floor space with other clients
Each session typically runs 40 mins, plus a 10 minute warmup prior, and an 10 min cardio, core, or cool-down on your own. One impactful hour!
Prices range from $125 per session, all the way down to $79 per session. Space is limited.
In-Home Training
Sessions are 1 on 1 with your coach, in the convenience of your own home.
Pros of a In-Home Training Session:
Allows us to address your individual goals and needs.
Takes your individual abilities and limitations into account.
Save time. I take care of the travel time, so you don’t have to.
Each session typically runs 40 mins, plus a 10 minute warmup prior.
Prices range from $165 per session, all the way down to $99 per session. Availability to travel, even locally, is very limited.
Online Training
Typically 2-4 assigned workouts weekly, with optional daily in-app communication.
You get:
Access to TrueCoach and Move More Media library.
Customized, progressive Strength Training Program.
Optional daily communication via TrueCoach app.
Optional client technique video reviews.
Allows for an independent or inconsistent training schedule.
The cost for 8 to 16 workouts per month with weekly adjustments is $349, billed every 4 weeks.
