"Over the past few decades, I've worked with world class track & field athletes, pro physique competitors, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belts, and even Pop Music icons. My specialty, however, has become helping the average man and woman, get strong and lean, both safely and sustainably."

Matt has over 20 years of full-time coaching experience, currently running well over 100 in-person training sessions weekly. Clientele consists of celebrities, CEOs, and average Joe’s of all ages; many of which have been clients for over a decade. Most of these sessions are run out of Move More Marlboro, a one-man-run premium private training studio, opened to the public in June of 2021.

Coached by the staff at Precision Nutrition for a full year, and Juggernaut Training for a full year. Received first-hand instruction from Renzo Gracie, Pavel Tatsouline, and Ben Pakulski. Instructed seminars and RKC Certifications for Dragon Door alongside Dan John, and appeared in multiple instructional videos and publications, including Josh Henkin’s DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training Manual.
